Claude Code Review is generally available, with Quick, Standard and Deep levels
Anthropic's automated GitHub pull-request reviewer is out of research preview for Claude Team and Enterprise. Anthropic says most reviews now finish in about 6-10 minutes, and admins pick a review level per repo.
Code Review, Claude’s managed pull-request reviewer, is now generally available for Claude Team and Enterprise organizations.
How it works: several agents read the diff and the code around it. A verification step then filters out false positives. Findings are ranked by severity and posted as inline comments, along with a “Claude Code Review” check run. A review never approves or blocks a pull request. Reviews run on Anthropic’s infrastructure for GitHub repos, including GitHub Enterprise Server.
What changed for GA, according to Anthropic:
- Speed: most reviews finish about 3x faster than during the preview, in roughly 6-10 minutes instead of about 20.
- Review levels: admins choose Quick, Standard (the default) or Deep for each repository. Deeper reviews cost more.
- Credits: eligible Enterprise organizations can claim at least $10,000 in Code Review credits by Jan. 15, 2027. The credits expire 30 days after they’re claimed.
Not on Team or Enterprise? You can run /code-review locally in Claude Code on any plan. See today’s tip for how to tune what Code Review flags.
Why it matters
Coding agents now write code faster than people can review it. A reviewer that checks its own findings before posting, and that you can tune for each repo, takes on some of that review work.
